About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Telesales Executive with experience in the Travel & Tourism industry. The ideal candidate should be confident in handling sales calls, closing deals, and achieving monthly targets while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to promote holiday packages, flight tickets, and visa services
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and convert leads into confirmed bookings
- Explain travel packages, pricing, and promotional offers clearly to clients
- Maintain daily call reports and update CRM records
- Follow up with potential customers to maximize sales opportunities
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth booking and documentation process
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
Candidate Requirements:
- 0–2 years of experience in Travel Agency or Tours & Travels
- Previous telesales or telemarketing experience preferred
- Good knowledge of international destinations, ticketing, and visa processes
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
- Fluent in English
- Tagalog (Preferred)
- Must be currently available in UAE
