Job Title: Estimator – Façade Works (4 Years Experience) – Immediate Joiner

We are looking for an experienced Estimator with a minimum of 4 years of experience in façade projects (aluminum, curtain wall, glazing, and cladding systems). The candidate will be responsible for quantity take-offs, preparing BOQs, cost estimation, analyzing project drawings and specifications, and coordinating with suppliers and the engineering team to ensure accurate and competitive pricing.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Minimum 4 years of experience in façade estimation
• Strong knowledge of curtain wall, aluminum, glazing, and cladding systems
• Ability to review IFC drawings, technical specifications, and tender documents
• Proficient in MS Excel and estimation software
• Strong analytical and coordination skills
• Available to join immediately
