We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Sales Executives to join our real estate team. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills and a passion for sales. Full training will be provided, and the position offers a competitive basic salary along with an attractive commission structure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reach out to potential clients through calls, messages, and social media.
- Assist clients with property inquiries, viewings, and basic presentations.
- Understand client needs and match them with suitable properties.
- Maintain a professional relationship with clients and provide ongoing support.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and meet performance goals.
- Keep records of leads, interactions, and sales activity.
Requirements:
- Previous sales or customer service experience is an advantage, but not mandatory.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team.
- Basic computer skills.
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
