Job Title: MICE Sales Manager

We are looking for a motivated MICE Sales Manager to generate Meetings, Incentives, Conferences & Exhibitions (MICE) business and corporate travel sales.
Responsibilities
- Bring new corporate & MICE clients
- Build long-term B2B relationships
- Handle group, conference & incentive travel inquiries
- Prepare proposals & close deals
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Coordinate with hotels, airlines & suppliers
Requirements
- 2–4 years experience in MICE / corporate travel sales
- Strong UAE market connections
- Good communication & negotiation skills
- Ability to generate and convert leads independently
- UAE driving license preferred
