Lab Plus Laboratory Furniture Manufacturing is looking for an experienced and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our sales operations in Ras Al Khaimah.

The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for managing sales leads, coordinating client communication, preparing quotations, and supporting the sales team to achieve targets. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and confident in handling customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call and follow up on incoming and existing sales leads
• Communicate with potential and current clients via phone and email
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales documentation
• Maintain accurate customer records in CRM
• Coordinate orders with internal departments
• Track sales progress and prepare reports
• Support the sales team in meeting monthly targets

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel)
• CRM experience preferred
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
