Job Summary:
Masterpiece Property LLC is seeking a Listing Agent to manage and expand our real estate listings. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, listing, and promoting properties across multiple platforms to attract potential buyers and tenants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and list residential and commercial properties for sale and rent.
- Maintain and update property listings on real estate portals, company website, and social media.
- Conduct market research to ensure competitive pricing and accurate property details.
- Collaborate with property owners and developers to gather photos, descriptions, and legal documents.
- Ensure all listings comply with UAE real estate regulations.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for advertisements, virtual tours, and promotional materials.
- Respond to inquiries and provide potential clients with accurate property details.
- Work closely with the sales team to generate leads and close deals.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Fresh candidates are welcome to apply.
- Experience in real estate listings or a related field is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of real estate CRM systems and online property portals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail, especially in property descriptions and pricing accuracy.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
