Role Summary
We are seeking a senior-level Oracle EBS HRMS / Fusion HCM Specialist to analyze business requirements, design and support HR systems, and deliver enterprise-grade HCM solutions. The role involves close collaboration with business and IT teams, system enhancements, and mentoring junior resources.

• Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and document business and functional requirements for HRMS/Fusion HCM.
- Design, configure, enhance, and support Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS and Fusion HCM solutions.
- Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure successful delivery.
- Lead or support end-to-end implementations, enhancements, and legacy integrations.
- Participate in UAT, system testing, deployments, and change management activities.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and support business transformation initiatives.
- Mentor junior developers and support knowledge transfer.
Must-Have Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle EBS HRMS / Fusion HCM.
- Expertise in HRMS modules: HR, Payroll, HRSS, PM, iRecruitment, OLM, Time & Labor.
- Experience with AME, Workflow, OAF & Forms Personalization.
- Good technical knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, BI Publisher, Reports, OBIEE.
- Strong business analysis, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills
Experience & Education
- 10+ years of experience on large-scale enterprise HR systems.
- Experience delivering enterprise HCM projects, preferably within Qatar/GCC environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
