Job Description

  • Identify and develop new B2B opportunities across EU markets

  • Generate leads through market research, trade shows, cold outreach, and networking

  • Build relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and buying groups

  • Conduct sales meetings (virtual & in-person) and present brand portfolios

  • Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and supply agreements

  • Drive conversion from lead generation to signed distribution/retail partnerships

  • Develop country-specific growth strategies

  • Monitor competitor presence and identify white-space opportunities

  • Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, logistics, and compliance support

  • Maintain CRM pipeline and sales reporting
