Job Description

• Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers via meetings, telephone calls, and emails
• Representing SWIN at trade exhibitions, events, and demonstrations
• Drive the SWIN business in the allocated territory to achieve and surpass sales and business goals and objectives
• Facilitate feedback to different functional areas regarding client needs, operational needs, business opportunities, and marketing/sales programs
• Assist in developing brand identity and recognition in the allocated territory
• Identifying decision makers amongst the targeted leads in order to start sales process
• Maintaining and expanding the database of prospects of the organization
• Outbound and inbound account management
• Attending sales group meetings concerning sales targets or forecasts, reporting on market situation
• Handling cancellations or changes in sales order and communicating the changes with the related departments
• Coordinating with various departments for ensuring the delivery commitment to clients is met
• Collecting and consolidating report on monthly sales performance
• Emphasizing service or product features and benefits, quoting prices, and preparing sales order reports or forms
• Capturing of accurate and complete information in Customer Relationship Management system (CRM)
