Job Description
BUILD TECH PROTECTION MATERIALS L.L.C is hiring a Project Manager to manage and deliver projects in Dubai. The candidate will be responsible for full project execution, coordination, reporting, and ensuring quality and safety compliance.
Responsibilities
- Manage projects from planning to completion and handover
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Prepare project schedules, budgets, and progress reports
- Supervise site activities and ensure quality and safety standards
- Manage material approvals, technical submissions, and procurement coordination
- Conduct progress meetings and provide regular updates to management
- Identify risks and resolve project issues efficiently
- Ensure proper documentation and project close-out
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- 3–7 years UAE experience as a Project Manager
- Experience in protection materials / waterproofing / coatings / insulation is an advantage
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office and project tools (Primavera / MS Project preferred
