Job Description:
Maxplus Exhibition & Events is seeking an experienced Carpenter Supervisor to manage carpentry works for exhibition stands, event structures, kiosks, and custom display fabrication. The role involves supervising workshop production and on-site installation to ensure high-quality finishing and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise carpentry team in workshop and exhibition sites
- Execute exhibition stand and event structure fabrication
- Read technical drawings and coordinate production
- Plan materials (MDF, plywood, laminates, acrylic, etc.)
- Ensure quality finishing and structural accuracy
- Manage installation at exhibition venues
- Follow project timelines and safety standards
- Coordinate with designers and project managers
Requirements:
- 3–5 years UAE experience in exhibition or event carpentry
- Experience in exhibition stands / event setups / fit-out
- Strong knowledge of MDF, plywood, laminates, acrylic fabrication
- Ability to read drawings and lead team
- Good leadership and site management skills
- UAE experience required
