We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Secondary Market Agent to join our growing real estate team in Dubai. The ideal candidate is highly organized, confident with data, and has solid experience handling secondary market transactions within the Dubai property sector.
Requirements (Mandatory)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Dubai Real Estate — Secondary Market only
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Professional attitude and client-focused mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Key Responsibilities
- Manage secondary market property listings and client portfolios
- Present purchase offers to sellers
- Assist buyers and sellers through the full transaction process
- Maintain accurate records and reports using Excel and CRM tools
- Conduct property consultations and market analysis
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
