Key Responsibilities
- Identify, source, and close commercial property deals across Dubai
- Develop and maintain relationships with investors, developers, and business clients
- Actively generate new business through networking, prospecting, and marketing
- Negotiate contracts and manage deal processes from start to finish
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the Dubai commercial property market
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to maximize exposure and results
Requirements
- Proven experience in commercial real estate sales in Dubai (or strong background in other high-value sales)
- Track record of closing deals and achieving targets
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and confident
- Knowledge of Dubai real estate regulations and commercial property market trends
