Junior MEP Engineer
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor MEP works (Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC) at site as per approved drawings.
- Review shop drawings and coordinate between MEP and civil teams.
- Oversee daily activities of workers and subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with technical specifications, quality, and safety standards.
- Prepare quantity take-offs and material requests.
- Submit daily progress reports to the Project Manager.
- Attend technical and coordination meetings.
- Assist in testing and commissioning activities.
Storekeeper – Construction Company
Job Responsibilities:
- Receive materials and verify them against purchase orders.
- Organize and store materials properly and safely.
- Maintain accurate records of inward and outward stock movements.
- Issue materials to site based on approved requests.
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages.
- Conduct periodic stock counts.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
- Coordinate with procurement and site teams.
مهندس MEP جونيور (Junior MEP Engineer)
المهام الوظيفية:
- متابعة أعمال الكهرباء والسباكة والتكييف بالموقع وفق المخططات المعتمدة.
- مراجعة الرسومات التنفيذية والتنسيق بين أقسام الـ MEP والأعمال المدنية.
- الإشراف اليومي على العمال والمقاولين الفرعيين.
- التأكد من الالتزام بالمواصفات الفنية ومعايير الجودة والسلامة.
- حصر الكميات وإعداد طلبات المواد (Material Request).
- إعداد التقارير اليومية ورفعها لمدير المشروع.
- حضور الاجتماعات الفنية بالموقع.
- المساعدة في أعمال الاختبارات والتشغيل (Testing & Commissioning).
أمين مستودع (Storekeeper) – شركة مقاولات
المهام الوظيفية:
- استلام المواد ومطابقتها مع أوامر الشراء.
- تنظيم وترتيب المواد داخل المستودع بطريقة آمنة.
- تسجيل حركات الدخول والخروج بدقة على النظام أو السجلات.
- إصدار المواد للموقع حسب طلبات معتمدة.
- متابعة المخزون وإبلاغ الإدارة بالمواد الناقصة.
- إجراء جرد دوري للمستودع.
- الحفاظ على نظافة وترتيب المستودع.
- التنسيق مع قسم المشتريات والموقع.
