Job Title: Commission-Based Sales Agent (Remote) – Media Agency focus on influencer marketing and content production

Job Type: Full-Time (Remote)
Compensation: Commission Only (No Basic Salary)
Location: Remote (UAE-based preferred)

Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and confident Sales Agent to join our team on a commission-only basis.

This role is ideal for someone who is highly driven, loves closing deals, and is confident in selling marketing services, influencer campaigns, and brand collaborations.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads and reach out to potential clients (brands, businesses, clinics, luxury companies, etc.)
• Pitch Agency and influencer services professionally
• Handle calls, follow-ups, and client communication via WhatsApp/email
• Close deals and secure confirmed bookings
• Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth onboarding of clients
• Maintain a pipeline of leads and track progress consistently

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition (marketing/agency experience is a plus)
• Strong communication skills (English required, Arabic is a plus)
• Confident in pitching and negotiating
• Organized and able to work independently
• Comfortable working with targets and performance-based income
• UAE market knowledge is a strong advantage

Important Note

This is a commission-only role with no fixed salary. Income depends entirely on performance and closed deals. There is no cap. You can earn an unlimited amount of commission based on how many deals you close. Our current sales agents range between making 3000 - 40,000 AED a month
