The Entertainer/Magician is responsible for upholding one of Cheeky Monkey’s core values: having FUN. This role ensures that the store maintains a lively and energetic atmosphere. The Entertainer/Magician also assists with party and event-related activities, including room decoration, games and activities, outdoor events, and mascot appearances.
Duties and Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
- Entertain children and guests through engaging performances such as magic shows, juggling, character acts, and other interactive activities.
- Interact confidently with children and parents to create a fun, memorable, and welcoming experience.
- Use costumes, props, and performance tools safely while following all safety guidelines and play area regulations.
- Ensure children are supervised during performances and report any incidents or accidents promptly to management.
- Collaborate with the team to design creative performances and adapt acts to suit different age groups and event types.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and proper upkeep of costumes, props, and the store environment.
- Deliver excellent customer service by communicating clearly, respectfully, and professionally with guests and colleagues.
- Work closely with Event Planners, Party Hosts, and team members to ensure smooth and successful event execution while supporting overall operational goals.
Educational Qualifications & Experience Requirements:
- High School Diploma preferred
- 1–2 years performing experience (stage, magic, character entertainment)
- Strong communication and audience engagement skills
- Experience with the children’s entertainment industry required

- Energetic, enthusiastic, and engaging personality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Creativity and ability to adapt performances to children of different ages
- Confidence performing in front of groups
- Team player with flexibility for events and schedule changes
- Basic English communication required; additional languages advantageous
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month
