Job Title: Safety Officer
Location: Kuwait

Job Description:
We are looking for a Safety Officer to oversee and maintain safety standards across our operations. The role involves conducting inspections, audits, and training to ensure a safe working environment in line with OSHA, ISO, and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with OSHA, ISO, and company safety standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits.
• Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses; prepare reports and recommend corrective actions.
• Develop, implement, and maintain safety policies and procedures.
• Conduct safety inductions, training, and awareness programs for staff.
• Maintain safety records and report to management.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in construction, industrial, or oil & gas safety.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, ISO, and local safety regulations.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
• Certifications such as NEBOSH, OSHA, or equivalent are preferred.
