We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Listing Coordinator to manage the administrative aspects of our property listings from pre-listing through closing. This role is critical to ensuring listings are launched accurately, marketed effectively, and maintained throughout the sales process.
Job Descreption:
- Manage all administrative aspects of real estate listings from pre-listing through closing
- Prepare listing agreements, disclosures, and required documentation
- Collect and verify property details for accuracy and compliance
- Coordinate photography, staging, inspections, measurements, and other vendors
- Upload photos, virtual tours, and property descriptions
- Process price changes, status updates, and listing modifications
- Maintain organized digital and physical listing files
- Ensure compliance with brokerage and state requirements
- Communicate regularly with agents and sellers regarding listing progress
- Provide support to transaction coordination as needed
- Manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Required Qualifications:
- Previous administrative or real estate experience preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- English speaker.
