Job Description

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities for branding and creative services

  • Conduct discovery calls and client meetings to understand branding, marketing, and creative requirements

  • Prepare and present proposals, pitch decks, and commercial presentations aligned with client needs

  • Convert qualified leads into closed deals and achieve assigned sales targets

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and decision-makers

  • Drive client retention, repeat business, and upselling of additional services

  • Coordinate with design and project management teams for smooth client onboarding and handover

  • Track sales pipeline, follow-ups, and conversions using CRM or internal tracking tools
