ABOUT THE ROLE
The Sales Manager (Trading) supports the development and execution of strategies to drive growth and profitability in the trading sector. This role involves identifying new client opportunities, building and maintaining existing client relationships, and coordinating with internal teams to enhance operational efficiency. Key responsibilities include market analysis, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and ensuring client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen understanding of trading dynamics.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead the Sales team in managing the existing client portfolio.
Serve as the primary contact for all customer inquiries.
Provide quotes and close deals with clients in UAE, the Middle East, Europe, the
UK, and India.
Understand and promote the current product/service offerings to increase client
wallet share.
Build and monitor CRM processes to ensure customer quieries being addressed
promptly.
Ensure the highest level of customer service is consistently delivered.
Maintain and analyze client databases and analytics.
Regularly meet with existing clients to address their needs and requirements.
Be self-motivated, take initiative, and actively contribute to the sales team.
Measure performance through KPIs, focusing on client volume and profitability.
