Execute the contract strategy for the project based on applicable laws in the executing location(s), Customer requirements, and the overall project execution strategy considering project risk, pricing, scope, and schedule. Use the contract strategy to prepare and implement the project contract execution plan
Prepare reports, draft correspondences and present claim analysis, findings and/or opinions and develop claims resolution strategies in respect of schedule delay, productivity, labor and material escalation, design issues, and contract interpretation for use in negotiations with customers, consortium partners, contractors and vendors
Responsible for effective execution of Project Control programs for assigned projects.
Review contract drafts to ensure they include adequate cost and scope definition and meet Project Controls requirements.
Ensure project progress claims are approved and paid by clients & consultants in a timely manner. Ensure positive project cash flows.
Review and approve all cost variances from the budget (Material, Machinery, Manpower).
Coordination with Estimation department for issues affecting budget or site issues requiring advice.
Oversee and review the preparation and submittal of Final accounts for projects.
