Job Description



  • Strategic PR Planning and Execution:


    • Develop and execute strategic communication plans to align PR efforts with the company's marketing objectives, driving business growth and enhancing brand visibility.

    • Cultivate relationships with media, engage target audiences, and boost brand awareness, increasing visibility and reputation through effective media relations and targeted communication.

    • Integrate PR strategy with marketing campaigns and commercial objectives to ensure cohesive and synchronized messaging across all communication channels.

    • Lead public relations events and create opportunities for brand exposure and engagement with key stakeholders.


    Media Relations and Communication Management:


    • Oversee the creation of press releases, media kits, and other content that promotes the organization's commercial initiatives, ensuring alignment with brand messaging.

    • Manage relationships with media representatives and influencers, building and maintaining strategic partnerships that promote the company in relevant markets.

    • Track and influence media coverage by regularly reviewing press reports, monitoring sentiment, and making adjustments to outreach efforts as needed.

    • Direct the development of social media and online content to ensure consistency with the company's PR objectives, engaging the public across digital platforms.

    • Monitor public opinion and social media sentiment using surveys, social media analysis, and other feedback mechanisms to evaluate how the company is perceived.


    Crisis Communication and Reputation Management:


    • Develop and implement crisis communication strategies, ensuring the company is prepared to handle emergencies and maintain its reputation.

    • Proactively manage reputation by addressing public relations risks and adjusting communication strategies as needed to mitigate potential damage.


    Stakeholder Engagement:


    • Coordinate closely with the marketing department to ensure that PR strategies align with broader marketing and advertising campaigns, creating a unified brand voice.

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including media, industry influencers, government entities, and commercial partners, ensuring open communication and collaboration.

    • Oversee the selection and management of external PR agencies, ensuring their work aligns with the company's strategic goals and delivers measurable results.


    Analytics and Strategy Optimization:


    • Assess and report on the performance of PR activities regularly, using data insights to refine strategies and optimize results.

    • Present PR performance reports to senior management, showcasing the impact of PR activities on commercial success and brand reputation.

    • Maintain awareness of industry trends and emerging best practices, continuously refining PR strategies to stay competitive and relevant.

    • Evaluate the performance of PR campaigns through metrics such as media reach, sentiment analysis, and audience engagement, and adjust strategies accordingly.
