Job Description
We are hiring an experienced Project Manager for Operation & Maintenance (O&M) Projects.
The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills and extensive experience in managing and supervising O&M works, ensuring compliance with contractual and performance-based requirements.
Requirements & Responsibilities:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum of 10 years’ overall experience
- Proven expertise in Operation & Maintenance projects and supervision of related works
- Knowledge of Asset Management principles
- Experience in Performance-Based Contracts
- Experience in Water O&M Task-Based Contracts
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a managerial role
- Strong understanding of contractual principles and project documentation
- Ability to lead teams, manage resources, and ensure project performance targets
