Job Description

Managing licensing and permits, documenting endowments, receiving and evaluating endowment requests, providing technical support to endowment committees, preparing and submitting work reports.

Job Description:

  • Receive endowment applications, licenses, and permits according to approved systems and procedures, and ensure completion of required organizational documents before submitting them to the competent authorities for approval.

  • Update all beneficiary data in the system, process applications electronically, and determine priorities and schedules.

  • Prepare, register, classify, and archive endowment documents and data according to approved systems and submit them to relevant administrative and regulatory authorities.

  • Coordinate with concerned authorities to ensure implementation of approved policies and procedures related to endowment registration and licensing.

  • Update and classify endowment databases using modern methods, tools, and technologies
