We are currently seeking an experienced professional for one of our clients in the large-scale manufacturing / heavy industry sector. This is a rare opportunity to join a group-level executive leadership team at a critical moment of transformation and value creation.

Position: Group CFO

Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the group-wide financial strategy, capital structure, and long-term value creation
• Drive full IPO readiness and execution, including regulatory compliance and investor relations
• Oversee manufacturing finance, industrial costing, and operational performance
• Manage treasury, risk management, governance, and internal controls
• Lead, structure, and develop a multi-site, multi-country finance organization

Qualifications:

• 15–20+ years of experience in senior finance leadership roles, including CFO-level responsibilities
• Professional qualification required: CPA, ACCA, CMA, or CFA
• CMA and/or SEC readiness is mandatory
• Strong background in manufacturing finance, preferably within heavy industry
• Executive presence, highly autonomous, and capable of engaging with boards, investors, and regulators
