Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive executive support to the Group CEO in our Dubai Headquarters. This role demands exceptional coordination skills, professional business etiquette, and the ability to manage sensitive information with absolute confidentiality. The ideal candidate is detail-driven, resourceful, and thrives in a fast-paced, project-based environment.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage the Group CEO’s calendar, appointments, and meetings across MENA, KSA, and the UK
· Coordinate with clients, partners, and senior stakeholders on behalf of the CEO
· Support executive initiatives and strategic projects
· Draft, review, and manage internal and external communications
· Organize travel arrangements, accommodations, and detailed itineraries
· Handle confidential documents and sensitive information with discretion
· Track pending tasks, deadlines, and approvals to ensure timely completion
· Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials
· Attend meetings when required and record accurate minutes
· Review contracts, documents, and communications prior to CEO submission
Candidate Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
· Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar senior support role
· Experience in construction, design, or project-based environments preferred
· Strong ability to work independently and maintain strict confidentiality
· Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills
· Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
· Professional, polished, and reliable
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools
· Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities
