Job Description

We are currently hiring for the position of Account Director – BFSI for a leading Tech enabled Banking and Financial Services /fintech organization. This role will be based in Riyadh and will focus on driving strategic growth across large and mid-market BFSI enterprises, including banks, fintechs, insurers, and other regulated financial institutions.

Role Overview:

The Account Director will be responsible for managing key enterprise accounts, building long-term relationships with CXO and senior stakeholders, and driving consultative, solution-led sales. The role requires strong understanding of the BFSI ecosystem, including regulatory landscape, digital CX initiatives, and technology adoption trends. The selected candidate will play a key role in positioning enterprise SaaS and communication solutions as business-critical platforms aligned with customer priorities such as CX, compliance, scalability, and digital transformation.


Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in enterprise account management or business development within SaaS/technology
  • Strong BFSI domain understanding
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to engage with CXO-level stakeholders and manage complex enterprise accounts
  • Experience working with CRM tools and data-driven sales processes
