Responsibilities include expediting and tracing truckloads and carload shipments, schedule delivery appointments, resolution of transit problems, issuance of freight bills, verification of equipment charges. Work with customers, trucking companies and railroads. Must be computer literate with excellent skills in Excel & Internet applications. Should be a good verbal communicator, have excellent organization skills, be a good problem solver, highly motivated and reliable.
