Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to manage and support the daily operations of our online store. The role will act as a key link between the website development team and the marketing department, ensuring smooth website performance, accurate product presentation, and an optimized online shopping experience that drives sales growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate between website developers, marketing team, and internal departments.
  • Upload products to the website including images, specifications, pricing, and categories.
  • Monitor website performance, functionality, and user experience.
  • Ensure product information accuracy and consistency across the website.
  • Support marketing campaigns by updating banners, landing pages, and promotions.
  • Track website performance metrics and prepare basic performance reports.
  • Identify improvements to enhance conversion rate and customer journey.
  • Manage product updates, stock visibility, and content changes when required.
  • Assist in testing website updates before launch


Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in E-Commerce or related field.
  • 3–5 years experience in E-Commerce, digital marketing, or website management.
  • Experience working with e-commerce platforms (Shopify & Magento).
  • Strong writing skills for product descriptions in both English and Arabic.
  • Basic understanding of SEO and online merchandising.
  • Good coordination and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organization.


Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of Google Analytics or similar reporting tools.
  • Basic understanding of UX/UI and online customer behavior.
  • Retail or fashion/home products experience is a plus.
