🔍 What we’re looking for:
✅ Arabic speakers preferred (strong client-facing exposure in KSA)
✅ 10–15+ years of experience, with strong consulting background
✅ Expertise in: Organization Design, Operating Models, Workforce Transformation, HR Policies & Governance, Performance Management, Reward Strategy
✅ Great to have Exposure to Financial Services (Commercial Banking, Asset Management, Investment Firms, Family Offices) is a strong plus
✅ Proven ability to lead teams (5–8 consultants), manage client relationships, and drive business development
✅ Open to being fully based in Riyadh
