Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor food quality and hygiene standards across all outlets.
- Ensure compliance with HACCP and Kuwait Municipality regulations.
- Conduct routine inspections and internal audits in kitchens and storage areas.
- Monitor food handling, storage temperatures, and sanitation practices.
- Prepare quality reports and corrective action plans.
- Train staff on food safety standards and best practices.
- Follow up on customer complaints related to food quality.
- Coordinate with operations and kitchen teams to maintain consistency and standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Quality Control, or related field.
- Proven experience in Quality Control within F&B or restaurant industry.
- Strong knowledge of HACCP and food safety regulations in Kuwait.
- Experience in conducting audits and preparing compliance reports.
- Good analytical and documentation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to work under pressure and across multiple branches.
- Ready to join immediately is an advantage.
