Job Description
Supervise and manage
vermicomposting units
, composting operations, and other organic input systems.
Conduct
soil testing
and analysis to recommend suitable bio-fertilizers and soil amendments.
Design and implement efficient
organic fertilizer application strategies
for different crop types.
Ensure quality control of all organic products and maintain regulatory compliance.
Research and develop improved methods for organic farming inputs.
Collaborate with R&D team for developing new eco-friendly soil enhancement products.
Train field staff and farmers on best practices in
