We are seeking a highly organized, discreet, and proactive Personal Assistant to the CEO to provide comprehensive executive-level administrative and operational support to our client’s team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted right hand to the CEO, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, effective time management, and seamless coordination across internal and external stakeholders.
This role requires exceptional professionalism, confidentiality, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Key Responsibilities
Executive & Administrative Support
Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
Prepare agendas, briefing notes, presentations, reports, and follow-up action items
Ensure accurate record-keeping and documentation management
Meeting & Coordination Support
Coordinate board meetings, executive meetings, and confidential discussions
Prepare meeting materials, take minutes, and track action points to completion
Liaise with senior management, clients, partners, and vendors as required
Business & Operational Support
Assist with project coordination, task tracking, and deadline management
Support the CEO in monitoring priorities, deliverables, and key initiatives
Conduct basic research, data compilation, and reporting when required
Confidentiality & Professional Conduct
Handle highly sensitive information with absolute discretion
Maintain confidentiality regarding company operations, strategy, and leadership matters
Represent the CEO and the organization with professionalism at all times
