Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized, discreet, and proactive Personal Assistant to the CEO to provide comprehensive executive-level administrative and operational support to our client’s team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted right hand to the CEO, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, effective time management, and seamless coordination across internal and external stakeholders.


This role requires exceptional professionalism, confidentiality, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.


Key Responsibilities


Executive & Administrative Support

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements

  • Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders

  • Prepare agendas, briefing notes, presentations, reports, and follow-up action items

  • Ensure accurate record-keeping and documentation management


Meeting & Coordination Support

  • Coordinate board meetings, executive meetings, and confidential discussions

  • Prepare meeting materials, take minutes, and track action points to completion

  • Liaise with senior management, clients, partners, and vendors as required


Business & Operational Support

  • Assist with project coordination, task tracking, and deadline management

  • Support the CEO in monitoring priorities, deliverables, and key initiatives

  • Conduct basic research, data compilation, and reporting when required


Confidentiality & Professional Conduct

  • Handle highly sensitive information with absolute discretion

  • Maintain confidentiality regarding company operations, strategy, and leadership matters

  • Represent the CEO and the organization with professionalism at all times
