Protect and grow revenue from existing Hospitality customers
Increase sales via upselling additional products and cross-selling new categories
Identify, target, and acquire new Hospitality customers across Hotels, Resorts, Fine Dining, and Catering groups
Build strong relationships with Executive Chefs, F&B Directors, Purchase Heads, and Culinary teams
Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments as per the agreed credit terms
Track customer demand, order patterns, and suggest product mix improvements
Work closely with Operations and Supply Chain to ensure smooth service and delivery
Conduct regular market visits, identify opportunities, and address service gaps
