  • Generate timely reports on employee attendance trends, overtime, and leave balances for management review.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor laws and company policies to ensure compliance in timekeeping practices.
  • Assist in training new employees on timekeeping procedures and the use of relevant software tools.
  • Monitor and audit timekeeping data regularly to identify patterns or issues that require corrective action.
  • Communicate effectively with employees regarding timekeeping inquiries, requests for leave, and clocking issues.
