We Are Hiring Travel Agents
Position: Travel Consultant
If you have experience in the travel and tourism industry, we would like to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with clients and provide clear product information
- Prepare and share quotations via email and WhatsApp
- Strong knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo – mandatory)
- Handle customer inquiries and maintain strong client relationships
- Follow up with customers and close sales
- Sound knowledge of airport codes and airline rules (very important)
- Handle customer requests and resolve issues promptly
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience in the UAE travel and tourism industry
- Proficiency in English and Hindi / Malayalam (additional languages are a plus)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience as a Holiday Consultant will be a strong advantage
- Experience as a Visa Typist or Office Administrator is an added benefit
