Job Description




ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

-Responsible for sales of APIs Certification Programs, which include the API Monogram Program, American Petroleum Institute Quality Registrar (APIQR), Individual Certification Programs (ICP), Engine Oil Licensing and Certification System (EOLCS), Training Provider Certification Program (TPCP) and API Witnessing Programs.

-Gathers sales leads and converts them into new business
-Creates sales quotations
-Conducts sales follow-up and closure
-Conducts program sales seminars to interested parties
-Performs sales calls via telephone, in person and through direct mailing campaigns
-Contributes to sales and marketing planning
-Provides customer services activities
-Supports the Sales and Marketing Manager
-Coordinates with Program Assistants in the management of incoming applications
-Maintains a program sales contact database
-Attends industry events
-Provides support as needed with the administration of the Self Supporting Programs Department projects
