Job Description

-Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers via meetings, telephone calls, and emails
-Representing SWIN at trade exhibitions, events, and demonstrations
-Drive the SWIN business in the allocated territory to achieve and surpass sales and business goals and objectives
-Facilitate feedback to different functional areas regarding client needs, operational needs, business opportunities, and marketing/sales programs
-Assist in developing brand identity and recognition in the allocated territory
-Identifying decision makers amongst the targeted leads in order to start sales process
-Maintaining and expanding the database of prospects of the organization
-Outbound and inbound account management
-Attending sales group meetings concerning sales targets or forecasts, reporting on market situation
-Handling cancellations or changes in sales order and communicating the changes with the related departments
-Coordinating with various departments for ensuring the delivery commitment to clients is met
-Collecting and consolidating report on monthly sales performance
-Emphasizing service or product features and benefits, quoting prices, and preparing sales order reports or forms
-Capturing of accurate and complete information in Customer Relationship Management system (CRM)
