Head Receptionist:
Job Description: Advise clients on available services and products at Nivea Haus
Spa, answering the calls, adhering to all Reception operation and reservation
standards and ensuring that the same followed by reception staff. Training and
educating reception staff where required, ensuring that correct communication
between clients, reception staff and service performing staff is in place at all
times; developing required SOPs and other operating procedure in order to
improve reception operation and customer service, respecting multi-national
culture of the team;
