1.Provide all design related tasks
2. On a timely basis deliver design concepts for presentations.
3. Produce a three dimensional hand sketched concept design and a matching furniture layout.
4. Regularly come up with unique designs using different characters and elements every time.
5. Constantly search and research for new ideas, solutions and alternative means to elevate the design process and quality.
6.Come up with concept designs that meets SSP of all company JCs
7. Come up with unique and creative designs covering ceiling, floorings, doors, handrails, walls, furniture, curtains, for all the typical home areas i.e. majlises, sitting areas, bedrooms, dining areas, etc.
8. Make designs that are clear enough for fellow designers to be able to detail the drawings of the other JCs from it without having to reference all the time.
