Our client is a very popular, casual, European style restaurant currently recruiting a General Restaurant Manager
The Role:
1. Day to day running of all restaurant operations
2. Delivery of consistent high standards, creating the best customer service experience possible.
3. Work with all levels of the team, whilst motivating and developing
4. Communicate with customers and create a great experience
5. Maximise sales opportunities and look at ways of increasing turnover
6. Maintain and increase standards
7. Be a proactive manager and be commercially aware
8. A strong background in Restaurant Management, team development and a strong business drive
9. Someone with the drive and dedication to succeed in this challenging but rewarding environment.
10. good communication skills
11. 2 years minimum previous managing high volume, quality environments have experience of branded restaurants
12. Experience of increasing sales and developing profit in your career history
