Job Description

•To assist the sales manager in implementing business development plans and deliver against these plans.
•Within this, propose,agree and deliver Budget plans for the year,setting volume,share,market growth and financial objectives.
•Develop, recommend and implement business strategies and plans, on an ongoing basis,ensuring full management level agreement for processing.
•Develop and maintain sales relationships with major customers.
•Analyze the growth drivers by account and prepare a growth matrix for every account and plan with them the means to achieve the common objective.
•Propose,gain approval from management and deliver Tailor-made programs by account and track results.
•Keep track of new accounts opening in the market and be first one to approach them.
•Coordinate regularly with customer support department to ensure alignment in regards to orders,stocks and deliversies.
