Job Description

1) Handle 2nd tier support operations remotely solving network, client and server issues with Linux machines as required (100 machines, new users).
2) Monitor and coach remote staff to oversee them fulfilling set responsibilities and advancing their Linux and network administration skills
3) Survey, question and put together reports on usage of the system and monitor the realization of use cases.
4) Application integration / scripting etc.
- VOIP Server (Open PBX / Asterisk based)
- Nagios monitoring
- Change as required baseline configuration and policies to address user issues and reports
- Automate administrative tasks as far as possible (e.g. adding client to the domain)
- other integration / client modifications as required
