1. Job Duties and Tasks for: "Architect"
2. Prepare information regarding design, structure specifications, materials, color, equipment, estimated costs, and construction time.
3. Consult with client to determine functional and spatial requirements of structure.
4. Direct activities of workers engaged in preparing drawings and specification documents.
5. Plan layout of project.
6. Prepare contract documents for building contractors.
7. Prepare scale drawings.
8. Integrate engineering element into unified design.
9. Conduct periodic on-site observation of work during construction to monitor compliance with plans.
10. Administer construction contracts.
11. Represent client in obtaining bids and awarding construction contracts.
12. Prepare operating and maintenance manuals, studies, and reports.
Salary: 10,000 AED to 16,000 AED
