Job Description:

Attending and organizing of Board, Committee and Members' Meetings. Dealing with correspondence, collating information, writing reports, ensuring decisions made are communicated to the relevant people.

Preparation of Management information/ report and discharging of routine functions in Secretarial Dept.

Preparation and printing of Annual/Monthly Report including Director's Report, Corporate Governance Report, Shareholders information, Notice etc.Drafting, negotiating, executing and registering different types of Agreements, Deeds, MOU, contracts, Purchase Agreements, Task orders etc.

Monitoring changes in relevant legislation and the regulatory environment, and taking appropriate action. Liaising with external regulators and advisers, such as lawyers and auditors.
