Customer Service Manager for a leading website:-

Commencement Date: Immediate.
Job Title: Customer Service Manager.
Division: Customer Service.
Reporting To: General Manager .
Location: Dubai.
Working Hours/Days: 9am - 6pm
Contract Type & Period: Permanent/ 2 years
Monthly Remuneration: AED 8,000+

* MANDATORY - MUST have prior customer service experience.
* MANDATORY - MUST be a western expat

Experience in Customer Care, Inbound, Out Bound & Email Process.

Fluent in Written and Verbal Communication
