Job Description

1. Check personal identification to see if the customers are old enough to have an alcoholic drink.

2. Ask customers if they are enjoying the food and drink and offer additional service in case there is any problem.

3. Guide the customers to their tables.

4. Give the customers the menu and offer them several best dishes including the name of ingredients and cooking methods.

5. Recommend to the customers the special dishes of the day.

6. Calculate and prepare detailed check and provide to the customs at their request.

7. Provide menu to customers and ask if they feel like the menu and dishes or not,recommend the dishes at their request,

8. Clear and prepare the table for the customers and bring remaining stuffs on the table to the kitchen for washing.

9. Serve the customers with food and drink and make special preparation for tables at customers’ request.

10. Ensure that coffee, fresh water, simple food, tableware and linens available at the service area.
