1. Prepare daily reports, presentations and other important documents.
2. Set corporate and casual meeting.
3. Prepare the daily activity and important documents to be signed by the boss or the head officer.
4. Received and transfer important messages from clients and other important person.
5. Assist the boss or head officer regarding the department or companys status by showing the documents and other important files.
6. Make and present presentations or proposals.
7. Communicates with clients, head officers and other business associates.
8. Create and distributes meetings minutes.
9. Confer with clients regarding project works or deals.
10. Encode and store important files or documents in computers.
11. Assure the confidentiality of important matters.
