2. Develops the annual business plan and the strategic of sales & distribution.
3. Develop the trade system and policy.
4. Full profit & loss responsibility for the company.
5. Set up long-term distributional network.
6. Develop organizational structure, team management.
7. The position reports directly to CEO.
