Job Description

This position requires a great deal of attention to detail. Assignments must be done within the specified time
Constraints. This person must have a High School Education, the ability to communicate, initiative, teamwork and be prompt. Must be able to converse on the telephone for long periods at a time. People skills, internal/external customer service, phone skills and communication skills are mandatory. Ability to communicate with people within the department is necessary. Multitasking, clear penmanship (so work may be interpreted correctly), regular attendance, getting along with others, detail orientated, working a full shift, and the ability to work in a fast paced constantly changing environment are required.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

65%. Answer phone calls, faxing, filing and emailing.

25% Handles individual/group reservations.

10% Send brochures and confirmations

OTHER:

Regular attendance in conformance with the standards, which may be established from time to time, is essential to the successful performance of this position.
